and Neck Pain
This
probably the number one and two reasons why a patient would consider
chiropractic care. Our goal is to locate the cause of the problem
not attempt to cover up the pain.
Often times the cause of low back and neck pain
is a spinal condition called the Vertebral Subluxation Complex or
subluxation for short. A subluxation is very simply, a joint in
your spine that is stuck and not moving correctly. Sometimes there
can be a degree of misalignment as well. When a joint is stuck and
not moving correctly it will cause pain and spasm of the surrounding
muscles and may even cause the pain to travel down the nerve from
that joint of your spine.
